Full-Time | 30 Hours a Week | Five-Day Workweek
Clinical Leadership Opportunity | Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Are you a strong clinician, a natural problem-solver, and someone your teammates turn to for guidance?
At AdvantageCare Rehabilitation, we believe exceptional rehabilitation leaders aren't defined solely by their management experience. They're clinicians who lead by example, take initiative, support their teammates, and genuinely care about the quality of services their patients receive.
We're seeking a motivated, organized, and clinically confident Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team as a Rehab Clinic Manager at Chapel Pointe in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the daily operations of a rehabilitation department while remaining actively involved in hands-on patient care.
As our Rehab Clinic Manager, you'll serve as the primary on-site rehabilitation team leader, helping guide clinical operations, coordinate patient care, support fellow therapists, and maintain strong relationships with facility administration and Advantage leadership.
The best part? You can grow into a meaningful leadership role without giving up the clinical work you enjoy.
Whether you're an experienced rehabilitation leader or a COTA who consistently demonstrates initiative, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to bring a team together, we'd love to meet you!
We understand that not every rehabilitation department needs the same leadership structure or schedule.
At Chapel Pointe, we've created a flexible, hourly leadership opportunity designed to balance clinical care, department management, and work-life balance.
Here's what you can expect:
Full-Time Stability: An anticipated schedule of approximately 30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on caseload and facility needs.
Consistent Five-Day Schedule: Provide on-site leadership and clinical coverage throughout the traditional workweek, with daily hours adjusted to department needs.
Clinical & Leadership Balance: Divide your time between direct patient treatment and department coordination, allowing you to remain actively engaged in patient care.
Meaningful Leadership Responsibility: Serve as the primary on-site leader for the rehabilitation department, with responsibility for coordinating daily operations and supporting team success.
Supportive Regional Leadership: Receive guidance, mentorship, and operational support from experienced rehabilitation leaders.
Professional Growth: Gain valuable experience in rehabilitation management, department operations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical leadership.
We value flexibility, but we also understand the importance of finding a schedule that works for both our team and the individual joining us.
As our Rehab Clinic Manager, you'll have an important role in ensuring the rehabilitation department operates efficiently, delivers excellent patient care, and maintains a positive, collaborative team environment.
