What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and changes in functional ability.

You'll:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence

• Help residents work toward meaningful functional goals

• Collaborate with PTAs and members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers

• Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs

• Play an active role in helping residents regain function and improve their quality of life

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a PT who brings strong clinical skills, compassion, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Commitment to quality, patient-centered care

• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience is welcomed, but not required
