Restorative CNA – Part Time | Every Other Weekend | Daylight Shift

This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a consistent every-other-weekend schedule while gaining experience working alongside an experienced rehabilitation team.

Schedule – Please Read

Every Other Weekend – Daylight Shift

• Friday – 8-hour daylight shift
• Saturday – 8-hour daylight shift
• Sunday – 8-hour daylight shift
• 24 hours every other weekend

Availability for all three days—Friday, Saturday AND Sunday—is required. This position is scheduled as a three-day weekend rotation and cannot be split into individual days.

What You’ll Do

As a Restorative CNA, you’ll work closely with our rehabilitation and nursing teams to help residents maintain and improve their functional abilities and independence.

• Assist residents with restorative exercises and mobility programs as directed by the rehab team
• Support walking, range-of-motion, positioning, transfers, and other restorative activities
• Encourage residents as they work toward individualized functional goals
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' abilities or progress
• Document restorative activities and resident participation accurately
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other members of the care team
• Promote a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for residents

What We’re Looking For

• Current CNA certification
• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in rehabilitation, restorative nursing, and helping residents maximize their independence
• Ability to consistently work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every other weekend
