Advantage Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Director of Sales & Business Development to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence across the region. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships, developing teams, and identifying new opportunities within the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Home Health and Hospice sales professionals
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed growth targets
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain an individual sales portfolio while supporting team performance
• Conduct regular field rides and provide coaching, mentorship, and support
• Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive overall business strategy
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice sales preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and execute effectively
• Experience managing and motivating a high-performing team
