Physical Therapist (PT) – Multi-Setting Opportunity FULL TIME

Location: Altoona, Hollidaysburg, and Central PA

We’re seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized care to patients across a variety of clinical environments. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Deliver care in multiple settings, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of services.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for each patient.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, safety, and home exercise programs.
• Document care in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in home health or skilled nursing preferred—but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
