🌼 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or designated settings

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans

• Provide symptom management, pain control, and emotional support

• Educate patients and families about the hospice process, disease progression, and end-of-life decisions

• Be a steady, compassionate presence for patients and their loved ones during a sacred time

👩‍⚕️ About You:

• Active RN license in the state of PA (new grads with NCLEX eligibility welcome to apply!)

• Prior experience in hospice, palliative, or home health preferred—but not required

• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

• Heart for service, empathy, and exceptional communication

• Ability to collaborate in a supportive team environment
