Are you detail-oriented, driven, and passionate about improving patient care? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our expanding team in a fully remote role! This is an excellent opportunity to bring your clinical insight into a dynamic, non-patient-facing position that plays a vital role in maintaining compliance and improving care quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Review OASIS documentation and assist in creating accurate, compliant plans of care
• Monitor and evaluate organizational performance against QA standards
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Support staff with QA issues and help develop internal training
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, accurate data and reporting

What You’ll Bring:

• Licensed RN, LPN, or qualified healthcare professional
• Experience with OASIS and care plan development preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and QA protocols
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• A proactive, detail-focused mindset and the ability to work independently
