At AdvantageCare Rehab, we deliver compassionate, goal-driven therapy in home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, & Virginia. As our Liaison, you’ll help expand access to these essential services by connecting with referral partners and ensuring patients receive timely, quality care.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, senior living communities, and other referral sources
• Promote AdvantageCare Rehab’s therapy services
• Serve as the key point of contact between our team and the community
• Help grow our footprint while making a meaningful impact on patient care
