As a Telehealth Occupational Therapist with AdvantageCare, you’ll provide personalized, results-driven virtual therapy focused on empowering patients to live fuller, more independent lives.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conduct thorough virtual evaluations and re-assessments tailored to patient goals and environments
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on activities of daily living, fine motor skills, cognition, and adaptive strategies
• Deliver engaging, interactive therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
• Educate patients and caregivers to ensure continuity and success beyond therapy
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using our digital EMR system
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and physician partners
• Promote accessibility and continuity of care, particularly in underserved communities

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia (If not currently in all three must be willing to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience. SNF and LTC is 
• At least 1 year of experience delivering care via telehealth or virtual platforms
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional, private workspace
• Strong communication skills and a passion for personalized patient care
