What You’ll Do:

• Provide general office and administrative support to hospice staff
• Help with phone calls, filing, correspondence, and other clerical tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality and protect all personal health information
• Accurately log your volunteer hours and activities
• Communicate promptly with staff and report any concerns or questions

• A compassionate and reliable individual with strong listening skills
• Someone with patience, warmth, and the ability to set healthy boundaries
• A non-judgmental attitude and professional discretion
