What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized therapy plans
• Provide hands-on occupational therapy services focused on recovery and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for daily living activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, holistic care
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with home health standards

What You Bring:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication and organization
• Prior home health experience a plus (but not required)
