• Develop and maintain referral relationships with LTC and senior living providers
• Present customized rehab service offerings and conduct educational in-services
• Identify needs and pain points, propose solutions, and close new business
• Participate in marketing and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Troubleshoot service concerns and ensure partner satisfaction
• Document referral activity, leads, and contacts accurately and on time
• Collaborate closely with internal therapy teams to ensure service excellence

• 1–3 years of experience in a rehabilitation services sales or marketing role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
