What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to expand our Home Health & Hospice services.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners.
• Lead & support a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and motivation.
• Track market trends & business opportunities to fuel growth.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while driving performance.
• Use CRM software (Trella Health) to track and optimize sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
• Leadership & coaching experience with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market data & implement strategic initiatives.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
