Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • To plan, organize, develop and direct the delivery of therapy services in designated facility in accordance with current Federal, State, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • To ensure the provision of the highest quality care to residents and families.
  • To demonstrate support for and leadership in achieving the mission of Advantage.
  • To manage the performance of therapy department personnel.

Qualifications

About You

  • You are a graduate of an accredited school of therapy and licensed as a therapist by the State in which practicing.
  • You bring a minimum of two years in a supervisory/management/leadership role in a healthcare setting required.
  • You bring a minimum of two years as a therapist in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
